The correct operation method steps of self-loading concrete mixer truck

The flexible and correct operation method of the self loading concrete mixer truck can be summarized as: one light, two stable, three separate, four diligence, five coordination, six prohibition.
  One light: When the self-feeding mixer is working, the heel is close to the floor of the cab, the foot pedal and the accelerator pedal are kept parallel, and the accelerator pedal is stepped on.
   Two stable: During the operation of the self-feeding concrete mixer truck, the throttle should always remain stable. Under normal operating conditions, the throttle opening should be about 70%.
  Three separation: During the operation of the self-loading concrete mixer, the foot pedal should be separated from the brake pedal and placed flat on the floor of the cab. Do not step on the brake pedal. Self-loading mixer trucks often work on uneven construction sites. If the foot is always on the brake pedal, the up and down movement of the body will cause the driver to accidentally step on the brake pedal. Under normal circumstances, it is necessary to control the engine condition and shift gears by controlling the throttle deceleration. This not only avoids the overheating of the braking system caused by frequent braking, but also brings convenience to the rapid speed-up of the automatic feeding concrete mixer.
Siqin: When the self-loading concrete mixer is working, especially when the bucket is working, when the throttle valve is stable, the material in the bucket should be fully shoveled by periodically pulling up the lifting rod and rotating the rod . The periodic pulling to raise and turn the bucket lever is called "effort". This process is very important and has a great impact on fuel consumption.
   Five coordination: coordination is the organic coordination of lifting and rotating the joystick. The general shoveling process of the self-loading mixer is to place the bucket on the ground first, and then drive the material pile smoothly. When the bucket is shoveled parallel to the material pile and encounters resistance, the principle of first raising the arm and then retracting the bucket should be followed. In this way, the resistance at the bottom of the bucket can be effectively avoided, so that the digging force can be fully utilized.
   Six prohibitions: First, tire skidding is strictly prohibited. When the self-loading concrete mixer works, the tires often slip when the accelerator is forced to meet resistance. This phenomenon is usually caused by driver's improper operation, which will increase fuel consumption and damage tires. Secondly, it is strictly forbidden to tilt the rear wheel. Due to the large digging force of the self-loading mixer, the driver usually digs the solid original soil and stone hills during the operation. If not handled properly, the two rear wheels can easily be lifted off the ground. The landing inertia of the tilting action will cause the blades of the bucket to break and the bucket to deform; when the rear wheel is tilted to a high position, it is also easy to cause the welding of the front and rear frames and other structures to rupture, or even break the plate. The third is to strictly prohibit hitting piles. In order to shovel common materials, the automatic feeding mixer can be operated in Gear II. It is strictly forbidden to inertially hit the pile of materials on gears above gear II. The correct method should be to complete the shoveling process by switching the gear to I in time when the bucket is approaching inventory.
