Check the mobile hydraulic concrete placing boom delivery pipeline and hydraulic system before testing
1. The hydraulic concrete placing mechanical arm pipe joint clamp is connected correctly and locked firmly. 2. The arm end hose is connected correctly and firmly. 3. The bolts of the pipe clamp fixing the concrete front delivery pipe are pre-tightened as required, and the pipe clamp pads are not missing. 4. The concrete delivery pipe is intact.
Hydraulic system inspection Hydraulic concrete placing machine
1. The hydraulic concrete placing boom pipeline is connected correctly. 2. The pipe joint is connected correctly, the threaded joint is tightened, and the pre-tightening torque is sufficient. 3. The reversing valve stem is in the correct position and flexible. 4. The hose is in the correct position and is not squeezed by other components. 5. Check the hydraulic oil level and the hydraulic oil is sufficient. 6. There is no leakage of hydraulic oil.
