The high-hardness wear-resistant spectacle plate and cutting ring are erosion-resistant and wear-resistant, significantly reducing core component wear when facing UHPC slurry with high silica fume content and high abrasiveness, extending the continuous operation time of the equipment, and reducing downtime losses caused by frequent parts replacement. Equipped with an intelligent hydraulic control system, it can realize stepless adjustment of the discharge rate to adapt to different construction and pouring speeds of UHPC. In low-speed pumping mode, the discharge pulsation is small, and the discharge is uniform and stable, which can meet the needs of continuous casting of precast components and is also suitable for fine construction of small-scale repair and reinforcement. At the same time, it supports one-button switching between forward and reverse pumping, and can quickly reverse pump to release pressure in case of abnormal pressure, reducing the probability of pipe blockage and improving on-site operation safety.
