b) Press the button of swing cylinder A or swing cylinder B to push the piston of the material cylinder that needs to be replaced into the water tank;

c) Remove the 3 M8 bolts on the coupling connecting the piston rod of the main cylinder of the wet spray trolley and the push piston rod, and pull the push piston out of the concrete cylinder; remove the M20 bolts that fix the polyurethane piston with an Allen wrench, After replacing the new piston, install it in sequence and then tighten the M20 bolts;

d) When installing the concrete cylinder piston of the wet spraying machine, first coat the piston head with butter, hold the piston rod at the concrete cylinder, press the swing cylinder A or swing cylinder B button, and slowly push the piston rod of the main oil cylinder forward. , until the piston head of the concrete cylinder of the wet spray trolley enters the cylinder (premise that the coupling can be installed); tighten 3 M8 bolts;

e) After the replacement is completed, start the positive pump and it can work normally.
