Key points of maintenance before and after wet concrete spraying machine operation
Maintenance before work
1. For electrical equipment, check whether the wet concrete spraying machine shotcrete instruments, buttons, air pressure switches, ball valves, and motor temperatures are normal.
2. Check that the spray hoses, nozzles and air ducts are all sealed and fixed. Air ducts and gunite pipes must not show signs of kinks or damage.
3. Air duct system: Check joint sealing, fixation, air pressure, air volume and working conditions, etc.
4. All bolts, nuts, and screws must be checked frequently to see if they are loose, and if found loose, tighten them promptly (especially the bolts of the electric control box)
Maintenance after work
1. Cleaning and inspection of grouting hoses, air ducts and nozzles
2. Cleaning and inspection of equipment
3. Air compressor. Cut off the power supply, air source, close all valves, and check all parts.
4. Cut off the power supply to the electrical parts and check all parts.
5. Remove the booster nail and rotor, clean and reassemble.
6. Other handling of problems found during operation, cleaning, maintenance, etc.
