Tips for troubleshooting problems during use of concrete mixing pump
The concrete mixer pump is a commonly used concrete pumping equipment in construction projects and one of the indispensable tools in modern construction projects. However, no matter how good the product is, it may wear out or malfunction. If the problem is not serious, there is no need to go to the after-sales service. We can repair it ourselves.
Here are some frequently asked questions for your reference:
1. The solenoid valve is not working; when operating the solenoid valve on the control panel, it cannot be opened either manually or automatically. You can replace the battery valve coil. If the battery valve cannot be opened manually, please check the inside of the cylinder, sealing ring, piston bolt, and screws. Check for air leaks.
2. The working efficiency slows down; the wear of the concrete mixer pump during use causes the working efficiency to slow down, which may be caused by the internal leakage of the hydraulic system caused by the internal wear of the whole machine. The hydraulic pump of the towing pump is a plunger variable pump. After working for a certain period of time, the internal hydraulic components of the pump (cylinder, plunger, nine-hole plate, etc.) will inevitably become too slow. At this time, it is necessary to overhaul the entire machine and repair and replace parts that have exceeded the wear limit. The drag pump technology effectively controls fuel consumption and engine wear, and the variable pump control system has higher precision and improved efficiency!
3. The belt conveyor and cylinder are not working. When the belt is running, the operation of the tug should be checked frequently. If there is anything that does not rotate, it should be replaced in time. Do not work while sick, otherwise the belt will be scratched. The electric rolling lubricating oil of the belt conveyor should be checked regularly. Add and replace in time. Disassemble and inspect to remove the sludge inside the cylinder.
4. In order to prevent malfunctions during daily maintenance of the concrete pump with mixer, great attention must be paid to the maintenance of the drag pump during daily use, and the care and maintenance of the drag pump must be carried out in accordance with the operating instructions. Improper maintenance may cause seal damage, resulting in Leakage or other component damage.
5. If the engine speed drops, first test the engine's power output, brakes and levers, and turbocharger carbon deposits. If the engine output power is normal, you need to check whether the flow rate of the hydraulic pump does not match the engine output power. This type of failure should start with the electrical system, then check the hydraulic system and then the mechanical transmission system.
