Installation and pressure test of hydraulic system of hydraulic concrete placing boom

2. The inlet, outlet and direction of rotation of the gear pump are generally marked on the pump and must not be connected reversely.

4. The one-way throttle valve should keep the throttle at a low flow position to avoid danger when starting the machine.
5. The installation position of the hydraulic cylinder must be installed on the arm as shown in the figure, otherwise the pipe cannot be piped.
The hydraulic concrete placing boom pressure test of the system should be carried out after the pipelines are flushed, installed and the system is completed and run dry. The test pressure should be increased step by step, with the maximum test pressure not exceeding 25MPa. When supplying oil to the system, the system should be vented in time to replenish the oil in the tank.
