Three major system precautions for concrete placing boom working in summer
1. Hydraulic system
High temperatures in summer can reduce the concrete placing boom viscosity of hydraulic oil, leading to unstable system pressure and even leakage. Before construction, check the oil level and quality of the hydraulic oil to ensure that the oil level is within the normal scale range. If the hydraulic oil is found to be darker, turbid or has impurities, replace it with anti-wear hydraulic oil that meets the summer use standards in time. At the same time, the radiator of the hydraulic system should be cleaned regularly to prevent dust and debris from accumulating and affecting the heat dissipation effect. It is recommended to clean it every 50 hours of work.
2. Power system
Concrete placer power system is prone to overheating in a high temperature environment. Pay close attention to the engine coolant level and check it before construction every day. If it is insufficient, add coolant that meets the requirements and avoid using ordinary water instead to prevent scale from affecting heat dissipation. In addition, clean the dust and catkins on the surface of the engine radiator in time to ensure good heat dissipation. Also check the tension of the engine belt to prevent the engine power from decreasing due to belt loosening.
3. Electrical system
High temperature and humid environment may cause the performance of concrete distributo electrical components to decline and increase the risk of short circuit. Regularly check the electrical circuits of the concrete placing machine to see if there are any aging or damage, and replace the problematic circuits in time. At the same time, ensure that the electrical control box is well sealed to prevent rain and moisture from entering. You can place desiccant in the control box and replace it regularly.
