The safety requirements for using concrete pumps are as follows:
01 Parking brake and locking brake
Parking brake and locking brake should be used at the same time, tires should be wedged, water supply should be normal, water tank should be filled with clean water, hopper should be free of debris, and all lubrication points should be lubricated normally.
02 Opening of each part
At the beginning of each part, the adjustment handle, handwheel, control lever, cock, etc. should be correct.
Prepare relevant equipment such as cleaning pipes and cleaning supplies. Before operation, the pipeline must be lubricated with the prepared cement mortar, and irrelevant personnel must leave the pipeline.
