However, under the pressure of high-intensity construction operations, wet spraying trolleys are prone to wear and tear over time. Therefore, routine maintenance is crucial, especially the maintenance of core components and critical parts, which directly affects the equipment's operating efficiency and service life.
01. Thorough pre-construction inspection is the shotcrete machine first step in maintenance. First, check the hydraulic oil level. Normal oil should be pale yellow and transparent. If emulsification or turbidity occurs, it must be replaced immediately to ensure stable operation of the hydraulic system. Next, check the wear of the cutting ring and spectacle plate. If severe wear is found, replace them immediately. Also, check if the concrete piston seal is good to prevent mortar from seeping into the water tank. Pay attention to the lubrication system's operating status; the progressive oil distributor indicator should move back and forth, and lubricating oil should overflow from the S-tube swing arm bearing and the agitator shaft bearing. Finally, check the hydraulic system for any oil leaks or seepage and address any potential problems promptly.
02. Maintenance of the shotcrete boom assembly is equally important. The lubrication of all hinge joints between the boom and outriggers, the slewing ring bearing, and the grease fittings at the shaft end of the slewing reduction gear must be checked and lubricated every 60 working hours to reduce component wear. To reduce the risks and malfunctions during concrete pumping, use delivery pipes of the correct diameter and thickness, along with compliant pipe clamps and safety locks. After the trolley has been in operation for a period of time, carefully inspect the welds on the slewing table, boom, and outriggers to check for cracks and other problems.
