Basic Techniques for Concrete Placing Boom Machine Operation
Pre-installation Inspection
First, before installing the concrete placing boom, carefully inspect each component and pipe clamp of the assembled boom.
Second, when using a tower crane to lift the concrete placing boom, carefully inspect the lifting equipment used and select the appropriate placement location.
Then, when the concrete placing boom is positioned on the top of the formwork, select the correct placement location and reinforce the four legs of the boom. Note that reinforcement should be done under the top of the formwork, and the reinforcement dimensions should be determined based on the size of the concrete placing boom.
