When the main hydraulic cylinder is driven without a rod cavity, the corresponding outlet pressure is high pressure; when the small concrete pump main hydraulic cylinder is driven by a rod cavity, the corresponding outlet pressure is low pressure.
The power of the engine and the selection of the main hydraulic pump must be matched reasonably in order to more effectively exert the power of the small concrete pump equipment. In addition to the main hydraulic pump, the small concrete pump generally has an auxiliary hydraulic pump, which is used to drive the mixing system, the swing valve reversing system and the heat dissipation system, etc., to assist the power required by the hydraulic pump.
Consider that when the small concrete pump is pumping concrete, the peak pressure of concrete pressure and concrete displacement does not reach at the same time. Sometimes, in order to prevent pipe blockage, a stable pressure coefficient is also left (ie, small concrete pumps are not allowed to work under pressure peaks). If configured according to the total engine power calculated above, it will cause excessive engine power. According to experience, the pressure of the hydraulic pump can be selected to be about 20MPa to calculate the engine power, and the hydraulic pump can be operated at a constant power state to prevent the engine from being overloaded.
