Saintyol DAWIN robotic wet concrete shotcrete machine trolley unlocks a new paradigm of high-efficiency engineering concrete spraying
In tunnel, mine, and water conservancy slope protection construction projects, the efficiency and quality of concrete spraying directly determine the project's progress and safety baseline. Having cultivated the concrete spraying equipment field for many years, Saintyol DAWIN Machinery, driven by technological innovation and rooted in craftsmanship, has created wet concrete spraying trolleys shotcrete machines adaptable to all working conditions. With precise parameters, powerful performance, and flexible customization services, it has become the preferred partner for countless infrastructure projects, demonstrating the confidence and responsibility of "Made in China ."
Saintyol DAWIN Machinery robotic telescopic boom shotcrete trolleys cover large, medium, and small cross-section working conditions, featuring dual power, large displacement, wide coverage, and low rebound. The parameters of its main models are precisely targeted at construction pain points, rejecting redundant design. Every parameter is designed for efficient operation, adapting to the diverse needs of different engineering scenarios. Detailed parameter introductions for two core models are provided below. The QZHP-3016B large wet spraying trolley is designed for large-section operations and is the preferred model for large-scale projects. Its theoretical spraying capacity reaches 30 m³/h, enabling efficient completion of large-scale spraying tasks and significantly shortening construction time. The boom can achieve 0-360° full rotation, with a nozzle axial rotation angle of 360° and a vertical axial swing angle of 240°. Combined with a boom pitch angle of 0-63° and a forearm pitch angle of +5°-115°, it can flexibly cover various working angles, adapting to construction needs without blind spots. This model has a vertical spraying height of up to 16m and a horizontal spraying width of up to 27m, easily covering high-level working surfaces such as tunnel arches and high wall tops without the need for scaffolding. The span between the front and rear outriggers is flexibly adjustable, with the front outrigger span between 2.1 and 3.1m and the rear outrigger span at 2.1m, for a total span of 5900mm, effectively improving operational stability and safety. In terms of power, this model adopts a dual-power system, equipped with a 55kW electric motor and an 82kW WP4G110 diesel engine, allowing for flexible switching and adaptability to different power supply scenarios such as urban and remote construction sites. The pump outlet pressure reaches 8MPa, the concrete cylinder inner diameter is Φ160mm, and the conveying cylinder stroke is 1000mm, ensuring stable delivery and preventing pipe blockage. The chassis uses a high-strength engineering chassis with all-drive and all-steering capability, a wheelbase of 4150mm, and a 2-speed gearbox, making it more capable of handling complex construction conditions. A 12 m³/min, 0.8MPa air compressor can be selected as needed to further improve operational efficiency.
The QKSP-20A medium-sized robotic shotcrete machine trolley is more suitable for small to medium-sized work conditions, balancing efficiency and flexibility. Its theoretical spraying capacity can reach 22m³/h, meeting the spraying needs of small to medium cross-section projects. A single unit can complete nearly 300㎡ of work surface construction per hour, several times more efficient than traditional manual spraying. This machine boasts a vertical spray height of 10m and a horizontal spray width of 18m, weighing only 7500kg with a wheelbase of just 2.45m. Equipped with a multi-mode steering system, it can achieve front-wheel steering, four-wheel steering, and crab steering, enabling unobstructed 360° turns in confined spaces. It easily adapts to narrow environments such as small-to-medium cross-section tunnels, mine roadways, and municipal engineering projects. Powered by a hydrostatic drive engine with a 62.5KW motor, it achieves speeds up to 2400rpm, ensuring stable operation and low energy consumption, thus meeting the needs of various small-to-medium scale construction scenarios.
