Saintyol DAWIN wet concrete shotcrete robot is efficient, safe, and worry-free!
On the front lines of railway tunnel, highway slope, and water conservancy culvert construction, concrete spraying and shotcrete is always of paramount importance—ensuring project quality, meeting deadlines, ensuring safety, and balancing environmental protection and cost. The pain points of traditional construction methods are no longer adequate for the high-efficiency demands of modern infrastructure. Today, we introduce an "all-rounder" to infrastructure professionals—the Qingdao Saintyol DAWIN intelligent shotcrete robot wet concrete spraying trolley. Built with scientific and technological innovation and craftsmanship, it solves construction pain points with its robust performance, becoming the preferred partner for countless infrastructure projects, demonstrating the confidence and responsibility of "Made in China 2025." Saintyol DAWIN Machinery has been deeply involved in the construction machinery equipment field for many years, adhering to the philosophy of "people-oriented, technology-driven enterprise," integrating technological innovation into every detail of its products. Its wet spraying trolleys cover large, medium, and small cross-section working conditions, emphasizing high efficiency, flexibility, safety, and environmental friendliness. It precisely addresses the pain points of traditional spraying operations, such as low efficiency, high dust levels, and difficulty in quality control, adapting to the construction needs of various scenarios including tunnels, mines, water conservancy, and slope protection. Whether for precise operations in narrow tunnels or wide-area coverage of large-section projects, the Saintyol DAWIN wet concrete spraying trolley with shotcrete robot is perfectly adaptable.
The main model, the QKSP-20 series small shotcrete robot is compact and lightweight, with a wheelbase of only 2.45 meters, an overall length of 5.2 meters, a width of 1.85 meters, and a weight of only 7500 kg. Equipped with a multi-mode steering system (front-wheel steering, four-wheel steering, and crab steering), it can achieve 360° unobstructed turning in confined spaces, with a minimum turning radius of only 1.8 meters, easily navigating narrow areas such as small-to-medium cross-section tunnels and mine roadways.
The QZHP-3016B large-scale model shotcrete robot focuses on wide-area coverage. Its boom can rotate 360°, and the nozzle can rotate 360° axially and swing 240° vertically. The vertical spray height can reach 16 meters, and the horizontal spray width can reach 27 meters. It can easily cover high-level work surfaces such as tunnel arches and the tops of high walls without the need for cumbersome scaffolding, significantly reducing preparation time and safety hazards.
